Carrying out duties of Civil Forman / Site Supervisor and assisting Site Engineers with services, utility coordination, and working According to approved Shop drawing. My responsibilities are for all kinds of Services and Utility works. Assuring the accuracy of work done by workers as per correct Procedure and monitoring and supervising them closely.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

Currently working with Marbu Contracting company on Ashghal LRDP (RPD) Project as General Forman Utilities and Roads.

Responsible for all kinds of Road works Utilities works House connections and Maintenance Works as well

Assuring the accuracy of work done by workers in a Safe manner and close coordination with them accordingly.

Plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals

Produce employee and project schedules

Manage and monitor members’ attendance and work

Adhere to relevant safety regulations

Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment

Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.

Advising and directing the workforce before any emerging problems and issues

Monitor expenditures. Keep budget in check

Peacefully resolve any emerging problems and issues

Allocate and delegate responsibilities

Supervise, train and give feedback to workers

Ensure labor and other resources necessary

Prepare and present progress sheets

Road diversion works, traffic management works, trial trenches work, gantry signboard fixing, etc.

Making sure that work is going in a correct and safe environment
