FITNESS TEACHER EXPERIENCE:

I have had years of experience teaching various types of fitness classes in Los Angeles. I began teaching step classes at Bally’s in 1992 until 2000. I taught spinning for two years. In 1999, I trained as a Pilates teacher and taught group and private classes for Bally’s and The Toluca Lake Sports Center through 2009. I enjoy working with people and nurturing them to improve their lives and health in various ways, including fitness and the arts.

ONGOING: ACTRESS – Currently auditioning and working in television, film, commercials and theatre; and attending cold reading and acting workshops.
