At Moblin2 GUI interface configure CPU freq for debug purpose. Perform automated bench test. Design a Perl scripts to run industrial performance bench Marks (WEBLOAD, 3DMarkMobile, Spec2k EEMBC, and Dhrystone). Collected Performance data, power data to calculate C-DYN power for each of the target platforms

developed performance benchmark applications using Auto-It and Perl scripting to test Atom processor against industry standard benchmarks Spec2000, EEMBC, Dhrystone, 3DMarkMobile. Execute software bundles to test platform functionalities whenever new software is issued. Manage different Software Bundles to test across platforms per client specifications. Conducted video-playback and web-browser tests analyzing Intel processors. Discovered issues during data collection, and put fixes for both hardware and software to generate good sets of performance data on Atom.

Collected various performance validation and benchmark data for different BIOS updates on the Atom processor. The data collected was used to make comparisons between different updates of the BIOS firmware. This resulted in studies of the tradeoffs for different firmware options on the Atom processors. Using Intel AMT to remotely control all platforms and maintain platform health information either to upgrade software or repair platform functionalities and configurations. Designed an Optical Gain Equalization module. This line card provided gain shape reforming of optical signals in the C or L band to avoid dominance of the power of one channel over the other DWDM optical signals. Used a MPC8260 processor and Xilinx Spartan II FPGA for control of serial EPROM, temperature sensors, status & control registers, and Fast Ethernet transceiver.

Designed Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) to interface with FPGA DeinterLeaver/Decoder CCA that received 400Ks/s – Ms/s Video. Its output Data rates were around 200Kb/s Mb/s. Maintains 1553 CMDS/Status Bus Interface. Translates 1553 CMDS/Status to Demodulator Assembly CMDS/Status RS422 Bus.

Designed System Data and Help Menu for the Software System Data Relay Aircraft for Unmanned Aircraft Vehicle (UAV). Worked on the Ellipso System for the Fixed Wireless Loop Ground Terminal. Configure a 2600 Cisco Router over an internal base modem. Part of a team that design SpitFire Generation one, using VHDL to program a Xilinx Vertex E.

Digital Network Test Engineer June 2002 – October 2007

Using AX4000 to test NIU (Network Interface Unit) system packet tracking, to test the Layer 2 and 3 of the OSI model on the NIU system. The NIU system was tested using the OC-3c, OC-48 mode of the SONET TX/RX end. The AX4000 Hardware modules comprises of ATM, POS, Frame Relay, Ethernet. Using DB9 serial cable to the console and setting the Platform for 9600 baud-rate IP Setup of the System GUI using UNIX. With AX4000, was able to test the IPV6 on the NIU system that it is specific for the Airborne program of the ASTOR and DDL2 project. Experience in L2/L3 switches for the server.
