Site supervisor. I had two staff under my supervision, and I will make sure that the building premises were clean. At times I was asked to translate for staff when trying to communicate with vendors and clients. I had the opportunity to also interact with other supervisors and assist as needed, specialty communicating with non-English speakers.

Duties included, but were not limited to, overlooking staff performance, punctuality, and customer services; also, any mandatory professions/job titles, etc. As indicated for my previous job, strategies used to achieve these tasks revolved around my basic, and effective training techniques - time management, task prioritization, interpersonal relationship, and leadership. With the experience gained from my previous job, conflict resolution, and de-escalation, have become part of the strategies gained.
