Senior Estimator-Project Manager with experience in commercial, industrial, high-rise, process and high-tech, transportation and heavy civil construction projects.

As Senior Estimator for Cooper-Zeitz Civil Engineers, I represented Sound Transit on the Tukwila Station / SeaTac Airport Light Rail Extension projects. Developed detailed construction cost estimates, negotiated contracts with subcontractors. Project Cost: $340 million.

As Senior Estimator for CDM Constructors, Inc., I estimated substantial portions of the Brightwater WWTP, near Bothell, WA. Project Cost: $580 million.

As Project Manager, I have managed up to 60 company employees, and multiple subcontractors on commercial and industrial construction projects in Washington, Oregon, California and Nevada.
