As a Chief Engineer for a 41-story condo building, I was responsible for managing and supervising a team of housekeeping and maintenance staff. One of my primary responsibilities was to maintain the building's electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.I also interacted with residents to address their concerns and provide high-quality service to maintain a positive image of the building while responding to all emergency calls including nights and weekends.. As a Chief Engineer for a 29-story building, I was responsible for ensuring the building's plumbing, electrical, AC systems, and grounds were properly maintained. This included quarterly AC filter changes, performing AC repairs, and managing pool maintenance. Additionally, I managed payroll and timesheets for my team, while also budgeting for repair costs.
