During my tenure at Wallingford, I used my skills to streamline receiving from a three-person position to one by eliminating redundancies and keeping the back end of the warehouse as efficient as possible. I also helped set up and implement an inventory control system which was a first for the company.

When time allowed, I also ran packaging machines to help keep up with the demand of the company.

Starting at Kraft I ran ion big leagues which was running 2 packaging machines at once.

Within my first year at Kraft, I transitioned to a Production Lead role in the company. This was due to my hard work, as well as understanding of company goals and great attendance record.

For the past nine months I have grown into my role at Graham focusing on the arming the equipment and doing as much light maintenance I feel can be done without maintenance approval or facilitation. I ask for help when needed and try to learn so that next time I can do the fix without maintenance involvement.

I really enjoyed my time at Wright State. My classes were stimulating and I enjoyed learning the ins and out of finance. I also had the time and used my elective classes to hit as many managerial style classes as possible as this was where I believe I could get the most return on investment.
