At homes after hours, restock dinning area, assist charge nurse when needed and reporting any pain discomfort or concerns to her on patients,make sure all guest are comfortable, clean and safe. And point of care charting is done after each time you complete it for each patient and full walking round report is given and trash is thrown before you leave.
