I learned all the in's and outs of creating, fabricating, distributing, and building a commercial sized solar farm ranging in sizes of 1 megawatt to 30 megawatts from the ground up. I lead up to 10 crews of 2 to 9 people and organized work schedules of an 8 hour work day. I operated outside equipment such as a skid steer, 5k lulls, 7k lulls, and 10k lulls in every possible weather conditions. I input daily hours worked for up to 40 employees at a time and properly recorded work done in Google Suites. I met and exceeded client and company standards for production. I performed quality control for products (Grid-direct commercial solar farms) to be insured for up to 25 years. In this company I was promoted from Installer to Lead Installer to Quality Control to Logistics / Tool Person to Foreman / Lead Fabricator to now being Project Superintendent. In this job I painted oilfield (fracking) equipment for 3rd shift. Also, I tested the fracking equipment in a testing bay and became an expert material handler. Another part of being a painter for Forum, I learned final quality control for shipping things out to either a storage facility or directly to client.
