Together with Scrum Master improved and suggested scrum events. Proposed to decrease the number of daily stand-ups to 3-4 days per sprint and moved part of them to Slack chat, which significantly accelerated the work processes by increasing the team’s focus.

Implemented and maintained Requirement Traceability Matrix to ensure full test coverage. Thus, it was possible to get rid of duplicate tests and optimize the total testing time.

Implemented API testing using Postman, which made it possible to catch back-end bugs faster than they reach the end user.
