Coach, I have learned a great deal and achieved a number of goals. One of my highest achievements was starting up a New crew, Two Launches.Running Chassis lines (1) (2), that i have set many records, on JPH and Quality.
Running IPF, Engine line, Tire room, and frame 2. This led to Experience other departments. which in turn, making where i go, Safe, great quality, and more Volume ran off the departments im in. Starting FPS Boards on Chassis, getting Team Leaders involved in Safety, Quality. Setting up T cards in all
