I have been with Meridian Medical Technologies (Pfizer) since 2008. I began my career with Meridian as an Assembler and have moved my way up to Senior Inspector. I am currently looking to maximize my experience and grow within the organization. I am dependable, quick to learn, and have the ability to manage several projects at one time while maintaining priorities. I have sound critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. I pay close attention to detail and have a strong ability to spot discrepancies and inaccuracies.

EXPERIENCE

Meridian Medical Technologies (Pfizer), St. Louis, MO 2010 to Present

Sr. Inspector

Qualified to perform all inspection job functions, including setup and control of specified product lines and operations.

Oversee Inspection personnel to ensure work is being performed effectively and in accordance with all applicable batch record instructions, standard operating procedures, and cGMPs.

Responsible for the review of batch records to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Conduct or assist with the training of new employees.

Report downtime and quality issues to management and assist with investigations.

Inspector 2009 - 2010

Inspect finished pharmaceutical drug product to ensure product meets approved specifications.

Utilize cGMPs, approved manufacturing specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records to complete and document inspection process.

Assembler 2008 - 2009

Assemble and package pharmaceutical drug products for auto-injection utilizing cGMPS, manufacturing specifications, SOPs and batch records.

Run automated and manual production equipment, as well as in-process and quality controls to ensure product meets approved specifications.

Operated automated equipment to bend and cut metal into required specifications for refrigeration units.

Quality Control checks to ensure all measurements were within specification.
