Prepared the vats, and kicker, every morning, making sure everything performs correctly in order. Every morning I cut on three machines to start up the mill. Every machine has to be prepped ten minutes before functioning. Mid-day, I fire watched, while welders fixed anything that needed repairing. I was also the head safety member, assuring that everyone does their duties in a safe and well oriented manner. By the end of the day I check my computer system for any malfunctions, problems, or corrections. I turn the sheets into hr., then I turn my machines off. My duty is done.
