I have a proven track record in sports management and have held various leadership positions in major international events. As the Assistant Chef De Mission for the Guangzhou Asian Games in 2010, I played a vital role in organizing the event and ensuring the success of the Afghan team. This experience led to my appointment as Chef De Mission for the 2014 Incheon Asian Games, where I successfully managed the entire team and helped them achieve their goals. Furthermore, I was honored to be selected as the Head of Team for the Afghanistan team in the 2017 Turkmenistan Indoor and Martial Arts Games. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the team's preparation and performance, and I am proud to say that the team achieved great success under my leadership. Finally, I have extensive experience leading the Afghanistan National Teakwondo Team in various international tournaments. From 2009 to 2014, I led almost all of the team's sports trips, and helped them achieve significant victories in various competitions.
