I am a technology integration and entrepreneurial leader with 30+ years’ experience of creating and leading successful enterprise technology solutions businesses. With over 20 years of founding and growing channel system integration companies and 10 years developing channel partners with leading technology providers I have a key understanding of building enterprise and mid-market channels and what it takes to attract new channel partners.

After an MBA in Finance, I began my career with a decade, 1983-1993, of solution sales, channel development and consulting leadership roles with Unisys and Digital Equipment/ HP serving distribution partners and fortune 500 client’s mission critical enterprise technology and application deployments.

Entrepreneur and Leadership Expertise

1993-2000 Founder and CEO of “INS” Integrated Network Solutions, a leading technology integration channel partner of Digital, HP, EMC, Oracle, IBM, Riverbed, and other enterprise technology solutions implementing complex, mission critical, IT applications environments.

INS became one of the country’s fastest growing and most successful system integration firm serving Fortune 500 and mid-market clients within Financial, Telecom, Manufacturing, Government and Healthcare vertical markets. The company organically grew in 7 years to a $125 million in revenue with a team of more than 130 technology professionals and a successful exit to Apollo Management in 1999.

2000-2001 Led a team of 5 senior technology leaders to provide sales, marketing, channel, legal and finance leadership, and strategy to support emerging technology companies funded by a TIG Fund 3, a regional angel investment group, and Southeast Interactive, an early-stage venture investment group in Research Triangle Park, NC

2001-2014 Founder and CEO of Net Direct Systems. Net Direct provided end to end IT systems integration offering innovative technology solutions and implementation of enterprise IT systems and networks designed for the Commercial and Public Sector markets. NDS grew top-level partnerships with industry leading hardware, software, and services vendors, including Hewlett-Packard (HP), Riverbed, EMC, NetApp, Extreme Networks, Talari, Commvault, Symantec, VMware, Oracle, and McAfee consistently achieving the Var 500 list each year. NDS was successfully merged with Blue Ally in 2013 and has consistently grown as Blue Ally since this time to over 450m in revenues.

2015-2021 CEO and cofounder of DxEcosystems, a boutique technology and fintech consulting and technology implementation firm specializing in Fintech, A.I. and Workflow Automation solutions for customer engagements solutions to financial services and utility markets.

2022 Channel Development Executive DxEcosystems, focused on channel development of Global SI, regional SI’s and mid-market consulting firms supporting DX’s customer engagement fintech solutions.
