Duties: farmer coach supply pesticide to farmers who are registered with the company to combat pest that destroy the cocoa pods and the cocoa trees; also provide extensive services to the farmers when the need arises such as pegging of lines for cocoa planting, health and safety in the cocoa farm, child labour in the cocoa communities, quality and traceability of cocoa beans, fertilizer application etc.
