Verify the SPPM, SPI,Mounting(NXT Machine), Pre-AOI, Reflow and Post-AOI Stage

Do FAI of 8 PCBA

Audit the line with check sheets and fill them.

Verify the line 6's and ESD ( Equipment grounding & wrist bands)

Take simulation test of PDVI operators and FQC operators.

Hourly sampling of PCBA.

Verify the BTB Connector and Pogo pin of all Testing Fixtures.

Verify the Rejection and send to x-ray.

Raise abnormality after 3 rejection of same defect or 5 defects on a same stage.

Raise Nc's of any abnormality found on line and take CAPA from Responsible person.
