● “Surface textural analysis of quartz grain by scanning electron microscope (SEM)” from Birbal Sahni Institute of Paleobotany. This project was completed in 4 months in 2019. The objective of this project is to understand the mechanism of past environmental changes through quartz grain micro texture study. Working on Sand Samples with chemicals and laboratory work, sieving, picking of quartz Grain, under the reflecting microscope, mounting and coating of grains on copper stub should be done before viewing in SEM.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• “Petrography to petrogenesis of Granitoids” from Kumaun University, Nainital, Uttarakhand.

• “Modern Pollen Analogue and its Ecological correlations with the Tropical Deciduous Forest of Eastern Haryana and Western Uttar Pradesh. Through this training session worked in Laboratory for Sample Analysis and then identify land use and landcover mapping through modelling of ecological regions using Crackles Vegetation Software with standard protocols with ArcGIS. This project was completed in 6 months in 2021 from Birbal Sahni Institute of Paleo sciences, Lucknow.

On Geological site investigation, explored three mining areas of Pegmatite rock, quartzite rock of Rajgarh area in Ajmer and one salt mining in Sambhar Lake and also used techniques such as bearing and back bearing to locate various geological features using Brunton compass and toposheet in Ajmer-Puskar region.

On sites of GANGA PLAINS, river drainage system of the two largest flowing rivers of India specially river Ganga in Kanpur and river Yamuna in Kalpi investigated. In this site investigation it provides information about Fluvial features such as braided channel, escarpments, point bars and meandering channels.

Also covered various structural features in Himalayan region such as MBT, MFT, Chail thrust, and covered greatest engineering marvel Tehri Dam as a part of Engineering geology. In JABALPUR I explore Seismological Centre working body of GSI along with visit in Lameta Ghat and Bheda Ghat section having various mineralogical and structural features along the bank of Narmada River. Covered Chota Shimla Hill and Bada Shimla Hill, a site visit which is having well exposed Deccan trap with other stratigraphy.
