Oversee staff, working on pediatric studies which include: NIH funded multi-site studies, Compassionate use, Pharmaceutical, FDA investigator IND hold study, BCBS grants, Gerber grant, and multiple other studies with medical instrument manufactures and pharmacuitical as well as numerous other in house studies. Collaborate closely with the resident staff and attendings to facilitate their research projects assisting with all regulatory documents and practical methods to carry out the research. Facilitate research awareness by lecturing at resident orientation, yearly. November 2015-Present: Bayley Examiner support the Neuro-developmental clinic by administering Bayley3 developmental testing

April 2016- Present: VPS coordinator Coordinate the abstraction and submission on every PICU admission (~800-900/yr) to VPS. VPS is a web based system for the collection of pediatric critical care data used for site specific and comparative improvement and research endeavors. It is the largest national collaborative for improvement of pediatric critical care using severity of illness adjusted comparative clinical data. Work closely with the physician lead to pull reports and examine data for potential quality improvement and research opportunities.
