Reviewed mobile company’s customer loyalty data in a team of 4 to improve company’s customer loyalty.

Built Logistic regression, Neural Network, and XGB Models to predict customers’ churn and compare models’ performance to select best through AUC value.

Built Logistic Regression, Naive Bayes Classifier, and linear SVM Classifier fraud detection models and tested combinations with text representation CountVectorizer, TF-IDF, and Word2Vec to find out best unstructured text fraud detection combination with F-1 score as a metric.
