I am a highly talented Architect supported by over 12 years of experience in planning and design of residential Buildings, Hospitals, Schools, hotels and Commercial center. Coordinating with multi- disciplinary teams during the design stages and execution of projects in MENA region, GCC, Africa, and Europe.

I am seeking position in a reputed consultancy firm as senior architect or a projects manager, to harvest already gained experiences and broaden professional, capabilities and advancement. EDUCATION:

2016-2019: PHD in sustainable architecture and urban design at Paris Sorbonne I in France and Lebanese University in Beirut.

2015: Masters Degree M2 in Urban Design and landscaping management from University Lyon 2, France. 2010: Masters in Architecture (Bac +6) from Lebanese University in Beirut, Lebanon. Ranked First in the Graduate Project: School of Medicine. This project has been presented in Lebanese & Tunisian Exhibition of Architecture held in Tunisia. WORK EXPERIENCE:

From August 2016-present: Associated consulting engineers ACE, International Enterprise in Beirut and abroad: Projects Manager for big projects like Dorrat el Bahrain in Bahrain, King Faysal Naval Base in Saudi Arabia, Sofitel Hotel in Malabo and others. From Jan 2007-July 2016: MA consulting group: Projects Manager and Senior Architect for international architecture design and landscaping for Enterprise in Beirut, Lebanon. SUMMARY OF PROJECTS:

Botanica Project in Seychelles: It is a touristic compound of 42 Chalets,22 Hilltops of 2floors each one and 2 or one duplex apartment in each floor,6villas or each one has 3floors, one living room, kitchen and services, 6 Master bed rooms and swimming pool (perspective attached in CV), Hotel of 4 floors and 120 rooms and 4 penthouses, total area of project is 68000 m2. This project is a reflection of tropical Architecture and Green Architecture. We used the British codes for the structural design and regulars of Seychelles requirements (Green on the roof and environmental conditions).

- Concept design and presentation of design material including interior finishes, perspectives, color schemes, construction materials, Tender document, and landscaping Oceanica Project in Seychelles: A touristic project of 20chalets, area of 6000m2.

- Master planning and landscaping.

Master plan and Design for Solid Waste Facilities: This is the proposal for the tender (Collection of solid waste in Lebanon-Lot 5) with the French company Egis and Lebanese company Yamen to solve the problem of solid wastes in South Lebanon.

Sofitel Hotel in Malabo (2022): French Hotel Brand, it needs special requirements for design and construction.

- Concept design, design development documentation and now coordination management for construction.

- Jan 2005- Dec 2006: E-M-TECH Company: Architect and Landscape Architect

-Accurately prepare and presented detailed plans and working drawings, including applications, construction details and specifications for the project.

- Coordination electromechanical.

-Design and develop numerous residential, commercial and educational facility projects.
