I am John Russell, Owner/Manager of Construction Services in Temple, Texas. I am a design/build-construction manager, offering a full range of services, including custom CAD design, residential and commercial additions, and remodels, as well as new custom homes. I have been active in the building construction industry in the Temple / Belton area for over 40 years and have taught design and graphics and Building Construction Technologies in post-secondary education for 9 years, on 4 campuses, including ITT Technical Institute, Temple College, Central Texas College and Texas State Technical College.
