Chief Operating Officer

As a post graduate with PHYSCIS as major, started my career in a Govt owned Electronics manufacturing Company as Technical Officer in the R&D section and moved to marketing of Nuclear Medical and Industrial Nuclear equipment. As a project leader visited West Germany for the transfer of know-how for the manufacture of Nucleonic Gauging and Control Systems for Industrial use.

Thereafter I moved into a Pvt Ltd Company engaged in manufacture and turnkey execution of weighing and Batching systems for Industry as Head of the Projects Division to gain experience for my own start up, immediately after that another 3.9MWpfor Karnataka State Electricity Board at Kolar.

As a Chief Promoter Director of a PVT Ltd Company engaged in manufacture of Electrical Control Panels and Turn key execution of infrastructure projects for Industry in addition to trading activities of electrical switch gear I was responsible for entire business operations of the Company excluding design, engineering which was the main responsibility of my co-promoter of the company. After running the company for over 25 years which had an employee strength of 60 on regular rolls and another 70 as contract labor we were to wound up and sell the company as our children came for education to USA and settled here.

I then moved into as Sr Vice president(operations) and Chief Operating Officer of a Public Ltd Company engaged in Solar Module Manufacturing and turnkey execution of both roof top and grid connected solar power projects in PAN India. The Public Limited company had an employee strength of over 100 and turnover of around 20millon US dollars.I had distinction of being involved to spearhead the execution of first ever grid connected 2.0 MWp Solar Power project in West Bengal, India during the year 2009/2010.
