B.E in Mechanical Engineering with 05+ Years of overall experience as a Piping Execution

(Erection and Fabrication and structure) in construction of Oil and Gas Refinery projects. Well Experience in fabrication and erection of Piping. Familiar with codes: ASME, ASTM, ANSI, AWS, IBR, NON-IBR. Proficient with present Construction Methodologies and systems in compliance with Quality Standards.

Proven ability to build effective and productive working relationships with clients, contractors as well as team members.

Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with the distinction of receiving recognition for excellent performance

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Presently working as Mechanical Supervisor piping in PLANT SOLUTIONS CONSTRUCTION CO.LTD for RAWABI-MYSORE AMMONIA PIPING PROJECT. PROFICIENCIES:

• Reading ISO drawings and helping the supervisors with their line of work.

• Worked with materials such CS, SS, LTCS.

• Conducting tool box meeting and looking after safety all the time.

• Ensure that the safety management programmes on department’s safety objectives are strictly followed and action is taken against defaulters to prevent recurrence.

• Conduct frequent audits and document the outcomes to verify that enough efforts have been put in the areas of productivity, safety and quality.

• Take ownership of success or failure of the individual projects and resort to corrective measure to avoid recurrence in future.

• Exposure to Permit to work system & of safety inspection & implementation of safety plans procedure of the Organization.

• Familiar with international standard & code (ASME B31.3 & API)

• Follow the procedure for fabrication, erection, welding & Hydro Testing.

• To maintain record, Document & work status of relevant activity as per ISO.

• Follow the piping supports standard and support sketch.

• Preparation of cutting plan, marking, fit up & inspection of weld visual with General Arrangement drawings & Fabrication drawings & marking drawing.

• Execution of pipe rack.

• Optimum utilization Man- power

• To Co-ordination with Client, Sub-contractor & Engineering Department regarding technical problem.

• Inspection of Fit-up & welding joints.

• Familiar with GAD, ISO and Basic knowledge of P&ID.

• Co-ordination with QA/QC for NDT & Punch point.

• Inspection of tool tackles & material to avoid delay in fabrication & erection.

• Exposure to Permit to work system & of safety inspection & implementation of safety plans procedure of the Organization.
