I have been a part of many commercial construction projects for over 25 years. That stem from when I was in and just out of High School unit present.
Prior to me leaving RR, we completed The Darlying on Randolph, Bounce on Chicago Ave, and LigrBox on Orleans. These are all bar/restaurants.
Before I was with RR I work with my family (Louis Construction Ltd from 1990), on many types of commercial projects from the ground up: DD Chicago, Northbrook, Elgin, Subways Chicago, Quiznos Chicago, Car wash Chicago and strips malls Elgin IL and more.
Many of our project had the same requested timelines and budget that we did our best to stay within. There are times when unforeseen come up and can cause changes to cost and scope.

I am currently a Site Superintendent for JA Carpentry Inc. We are currently Working on a project in Massachusetts Boston. Working with most all union vendors. Creating project schedules, overseeing quality control, attaining resources, managing the project team and third-party contractors. Additional responsibilities are to keeping the project on time and on budget. By making sure that all trades have answers and a plan set. I must adapt to all situations that come across during our daily work schedule. I provide daily logs with accomplishments of the day, photos, and any foreseen situations we may need to address. Also provide weekly status of on-site production, with future weeks schedule.

I started my company after leaving Real Restoration Group. Worked on building my own relationships with developers and homeowners. Focused on residential and small commercial projects. Completed many kitchen and bathroom remodels. in addition, I built a new construction single family home and a few additions in the suburbs. While doing all this I was also providing an estimating service for a few skilled trades that did not have in house estimators and needed time to be on the field. This is more of what I am currently doing now.
