My duties consist of adviser, advocate, and career field expert. I will assist with career choice, tracking/maintaining personnel files and assisting with benefit and program applications. This position is like a civilian human resources job. My title is CSS (commander staff support) thus meaning I support the commander and task he/she needs carried out. Performed various administrative functions in support of military and civilian leaders. I provide administrative support for organizational personnel and manpower programs Task include creating PowerPoints for briefings, filing reports, faxing, emailing, and creating memorandums. I serve over 500 personnel all including civilians, uniformed members, and their families. I handle over 50 reports and file updates a week. On the UTA I’m a sign in monitor in the UTAPS system sign in is important for pay. I also reschedule excuse and code personnel for other status and pay reasons. Orders are a big part of my day-to-day task I create them for spray missions, deployments, annual tour, man-days, IDT travel, 1610’s military and civilian. On average I create about 30 orders a week. This number varies at times there can be up to 300 orders to create, depending on the reasoning. I handle manning which includes position moves, and unit changes.

Mae's Little Angels Enrichment Center - Cleveland, OH Oct 2019 to Nov 2019 Educational Leader 40 hours per week

My duties consist of creating childcare activities, educating, feeding, and supervising the children. I performed these duties with children from group ages 1-6. These duties include movie time, math lessons, painting activities and going outside. I taught 30 children I did many activities including holiday arts and crafts, puzzles, games, writing practice, counting, reading, and singing songs.

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Jul 2019 to Oct 2019

I completed a nursing assistant class at LaRock Healthcare Academy. The class consist of on hands training of patient care, clothing, feeding, washing, and grooming. We also learn about the anatomy of the body, diseases, rashes and or skin conditions. I completed 75 hours in the academy before receiving my certification. I cared for a floor of up to 40 patients at a time alone making sure their daily needs were met.

My duties consisted of preparation of medications for patients, receiving and verifying the prescriptions,

pricing and filling of prescriptions, obtaining pharmacist's approval, completing patient paperwork related to the filling of prescription, assisting with insurance claims processing, entering prescriptions into computer database, and inventory. This was my day to day task for about a servicing community of over 250 people.

I have many skills to offer my computer literacy skill consist in Excel, Microsoft, and PowerPoints. Creating presentations is also something I'm capable of doing.
