Bill checking of fabricated materials and cross checking of all protocol along with DP & UT report.

All query raised by vendor while shop floor drawing preparation (Dimension not matched, grid, steel section) solved with coordination with HO team in minimum time frame.

Review, checking & commenting of all the released drawings for fouling at site conditions and also, for civil & mechanical concurrency

Cross checking of all the civil foundations at site to verify the dimensions prior to fabrication.

Site preparations including identification & development of area for fabrication, storage of fabricated items prior to erection etc.

Preparation and readiness of Fabrication Yard with proper fabrication beds, lighting tower, welding sheds, storage of cylinders, fire-extinguisher etc. as per UTCL standards and procedures.

Fabrication of Structural and Plates in line with civil fronts, pre-shutdown and shutdown jobs as per project schedule.

Materials inspection like Fit-up, Welding & painting

Conducted daily TBT and shared all previous Near miss, and other incident if applicable.

Cross checking of Permit to work before issuing along with SWP/ HIRA.

Checking of All lifting plan along with Lifting tools tackle (TPI certificate, Color code).

Participation in incident investigation and Quality of incident investigation report verified. Investigation completed in 7 days with system cause.100% closure of recommendation.

Maintain good safety practices at site.
