Well a quick version, I started at ** washing dishes and went through every position : Host, Catering, Server, Barista, Bartender, Maitre Di, Assisting in buying FnB, Promotions, Marketing, Events and Negotiating Media. I found you all as I now live in Denver and I love it! I speak five languages and learned Hospitality both Domestically and Internationally. French-Italian-Greek- Spanish and Caribbean Conversational as well as the famous ‘Kitchen and Food Language’’. Embracing and respecting the culinary history of each, literally. Reel Crafty: The Premier Cinema Catering Company. Catering to and for “The Best In The Biz “ . Based in Austin, Texas and covers National and International shoots. They Individually Customize and Mold each shoot menu to the wild and some conservative pallets of each Actor and Crew member for every set. Owner and renowned chef Buzz Bakker 928-***-*****. (Worked in Denver at Wyncoop making sausage, Students together with Anthony Bourdain and many more but name dropping is not his thing) Except for me Positions I Covered Honorably at Real Crafty : Expo, Wine Steward, Waitress, Bartending, Public Relations, From set up to break down project by project. Fascinating operation and clientele and menus ofcourse everyday was a Real experience.

Creak 28: One of the best hidden culinary secrets in the Miami, Fl community for several years. Chef Kira Voltz hidden gem and true culinary genius (has since moved on to other pesticide free ventures look her up! Delishh)and Alice White probably the best GM and Host one could pray for, if she wasn’t in hospitality she would be in the government with her diplomacy and smile. :754-***-**** She was our esteemed and wonderful manager in crisis and glory. Together we handled every level of clientele as the symphony we all were. As a team we were, knowledgeable, and competitive as a premier food and wine destination experimenting with and supporting local new and fresh techniques and ingredients. Presenting to the top culinary experts and locals alike as our sounding board. With a constantly evolving menu and true relationship based clientele and our renowned customer service, we attracted celebrities wishing to be ‘unseen’ as well as locals and tourists alike as they flocked . My role was revolving and definitely vast: Waiting, Promoting, Bartending, Private Events and ‘Dinners at the Farm’ were just the beginning. We had such a solid team that you always felt the telepathy and fantastic end results.

Stephanie Hardy Designs 561-***-****. The most premier and up and coming personal design consultant in the finest luxury jewelry and private acquisition worlds. Based in West Palm Beach, Florida, Stephanie’s clientele are very well established private buyers and collectors and private design aficionados, Who also want to have a great time. My role with Stephanie Hardy Designs was just that. We coordinated private cocktail parties and gatherings for her elite invite only list as it were. These too were great challenges as the participating pallets had seen it all and we were excited to impress them. My role with these events: was to dig deep and find out how to impress them, where they dine what events they are used to and attend etc. From there as a team we got the location and or venue and started work around that knowledge. Ofcourse allergy notes and food and drink preferences were all noted as we catered to them with a twist. Finally, Presenting and aiding in any hosting Stephanie required, serving and managing with the team and leaving what we thought was a fantastic experience for all. Since, we have had three more and counting return visits from our esteemed guests.

Kathleen Sefcik (pronounced ‘Chef Chick’ ironically) 305-***-**** Is again Another hidden gem and hired gun when it comes to culinary excellence no matter what the event or location domestic and international. She is now most likely as we read …running a well oiled kitchen machine in a some how spotless white jacket and presenting culinary creations in Maine with her own hand picked team of aspiring culinary names of their own.

Kathleen came from years upon years of shocking tourist and local mouths alike in Key West Fl. There my role was promoting and aiding in any event promotion and organizing she needed: weddings, group events, private events and more, no help in the kitchen needed!

Currently we are working together on her first published culinary series and book. She has a love of food and music so intense the combination we also work on a project together called Cooking Up The Music she invented and rightfully so ! I can smell the enchiladas and hear the drums now.
