Managed, facilitated, advised, coordinated, and executed multiple events to include new facility Groundbreaking Ceremony, Change-of-Command ceremonies (routinely attended by approximately 1,000 distinguished guests and employees), annual 911 Memorial Ceremony, and multiple Senior Executive promotion ceremonies. Specific activities included generating communications plan, ordering supplies, supervising the catering staff, coordinating with the Security Staff, managing the budget, and executing the support contract(s).

Planned, coordinated, and executed International/Foreign dignitary visits with the Director at the Agency’s numerous operating locations (Maryland, Virginia, Colorado, and Missouri).

Led conference and event management support for the Director of NGA annual Strategic Planning Conference and the Director of National Intelligence quarterly meetings (attended by Flag Officers and Senior Executives). Assigned to this leadership position at the specific request of the NGA Deputy Chief Operating Officer.

Supervised 243 employees in the planning, organizing, coordinating, and execution of the Agency’s annual Organizational Open House for its approximate 8,000 employees. This event also included VIPs from associated agencies and dignitaries from the local community. Managed the contracting and financial activities associated with the event’s $228K budget to procure communication materials, food services, static and interactive displays, and security operations.

Provided program management (cost/schedule/performance) of the $3.6B, 8-year contract, that supplied commercial satellite imagery in support of Department of Defense missions and critical Humanitarian and Disaster Relief efforts. Liaison between the vendor, contract officer, and customers ensuring the full and smooth coordination, collaboration, and communication of information, data, and action items between all stakeholders.

Led the establishment and implementation of training policies, processes, and procedures for the Commercial Imagery Office. Ensured office training requirements and schedules aligned with the Agency’s overarching Human Resources office directives and mandates.

Provided program management (cost/schedule/performance) of the $873M, 6-year contract, that supplied supporting acquisition services agency-wide (to include Lifecycle Acquisition Strategists, Program Analysts, and Budget Specialists). Evaluated all Statements of Work to ensure tasking was within performance scope and below contract cost ceiling thresholds.
