Supervise 5 other people and also relief foreman for the whole line when my foreman is on vacation. Supervise about 10 people for that. I have fork lifts experience of 20 yrs. Operating fork lifts from the small Hyster 70 to the bigger Hyster 155. Also, daily inspections of the fork lifts. I work with schedules through Kronos and inventory through Oracle. We use label scanners to keep track of how much product we make in a shift. I do quality testing of the products we make. I have

some computer skills with Microsoft word. We do safety huddles daily, which I lead for a week once a month. I have skills in VWI, 5S, and Lean manufacturing. I do troubleshooting for the equipment for which I am responsible for, along with inspecting the equipment twice a month and putting in work orders into MP2 to getting equipment repaired.

Duties included: Unloading trailers of empty pans on skids to be placed in designated areas. Using a hand scanner on finished product to be loaded on to trailers. Moving of parts to designated areas for storage or to areas to be packed. Use of a wrapping skid machine to secure loads. Working independently with little to no supervision. Arranging loading schedule to best fit what was in stock and ready to be loaded. Also, whatever supervision dems necessary to get the assignment done.
