My primary role with Suddenlink was sales and retention. In that position I assisted with customers wanting to downgrade and disconnect services, while also handling new acquisitions and upgrades of service for existing accounts. I enjoyed the competitive environment and excelled in sales and acquisitions. Suddenlink at that time was a top 10 telecommunications company for the entire US and I won top sales for Account Services for years 2014 and 2015, winning various trips and prizes. My position changed at the beginning of 2016 when all Sales positions were relocated to the Texas location. After that I worked briefly a CSR (customer service representative), before accepting a supervisor position. I managed a small team of 12 customer service agents. I am very driven and apply myself 100% to the task at hand. Money is a huge motivator for me because I have two children, one is special needs, and want to give them the most I can. So if there is a goal given to me you can bet I'll work harder than most to blow my goal out of the water. I'm no stranger to teaching and helping my co-workers as well. People would frequently sit with me to find ways to improve their sales numbers.

I pride myself in being straight edge. Absolutely no drugs or alcohol, and I've always been this way. Lastly, I'm loyal. Once I take a job I stick with the company, as should be evident with the length of time I've worked at my prior jobs.
