Position: LEGAL OFFICER
1. Main Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice to other Departments, advising the Director to solve legal problems arising in the organization and operation of Corporation (such as: corporate management, construction investment, bidding, business, human resources, energy, real estate, intellectual property, purchasing...).
- Advising the Director to propose Authorities to amend law, regulations to solve problems and create favorable conditions for our Corporation.
- Review Contracts, research, draft templates of Contract, participate in negotiations to ensure the interests of our Corporation and control risks.
- Representing our Corporation or subsidiaries to participate in conciliation or dispute resolution at Arbitration/Court (disputes with fuel supply contractors, construction contractors, compensation and clearance premises disputes, labor disputes, etc.).

- Advising on credit documents for investment project of Quang Trach I Thermal Power Plant, worth 1,2 billion $ with Vietcombank.
- Summarize the implementation, present issues and difficulties, propose amendments to Authorities related to the Electricity Law and relevant regulations, Land Law.
