I’m a dedicated hard worker who did what I had to do to make rate. I got along well with leadership and fellow team members. Not only did I pack but I was a sorter and a trainee. I worked hard, followed rules, helped whoever needed help when I saw someone confused or struggling. The managers always would look for me to help fix problems with productivity because I was fast and I didn’t complain. I did what I had to do. I saw a lot of people take advantage of the job and what it had to offer. They would take off from stations and chill in the break rooms but that wasn’t for me. I take my position seriously because I have a family to support.
