February 2020 to Present: XERTREX INTERNATIONAL Itasca Illinois. Lead Pressman 6 color 10 inch Allied Gear, 10 color 16 inch Comco. Intricate multi web and multi die constructions.

October 2018 to February 2020: MASTERTAPE PRINTERS Chicago Illinois. 6 color 7 inch Webtron. Ink room mnagement. Rewind, Inspection and Quality Control.

February 2016 to December 2017: Midwest Label Resources Addison Illinois. Lead Pressman 6 color 20 inch Allied Gear, 10 color 10 inch Mark Andy, 6 color 7 inch Webtron. Installation and maintenance of Allied Gear Press. Plate Room and Ink Room Management. Company wide culture change.

June 2013 to November 2015: H.S. Crocker Huntley Illinois. Pressman 10 color 28 inch wide Aquaflex. Trained in hybrid of ISO9001, GMP and SQF level 2.

During 33 year printing career have been an Assistant Plant Manager, First Shift Foreman and Night Supervisor. Have run Offset, Letter press, Central Impression, Stack and UV Flexo presses from 7 inches wide to 60 inches wide up to 10 colors. Have run more than 30 different presses by more than 15 different manufacturers. Have Journeyman status on Aquaflex and Mark Andy Presses. Helped to Install 2 presses. Have trained numerous press helpers who enjoy successful careers as pressman. Have lost 1 (one) work day due to work place injury.

Have received Certification in Business Management, Have achieved Certification in the areas of Leadership, Organization, Team Building, Employment, Conflict Resolution, Analytics, Communications, Finance and Operations. Currently studying Spanish.

On a personal note, I am a proud member of Bloomingdale Church, have studied Martial Arts for 18 years and have a 2 time award winning Chili recipe.
