Case Manager Service

Jan.****-Dec. **** Intact/Foster Care Case Manager - Responsible for creating service plans for all clients to reunify families or keep families intact. These intervention services included drug rehabilitation, mental health, counseling, substance abuse counseling, money management, medical and any other services needed to reunify families or keep them intact.

Dec. 2017- October 2019 Residential Service Manager- Responsible for creating Implementation Strategies/Services Plans for all clients served. Each client has their own individual needs that are addressed in yearly revisited service plans and services may change depending on the choice of the client being served. Responsible for daily care needs, training new staff, allowances, billing, medical appointments, and any other needs that may arise.

Oct. 2019-Jul.2022 Residential Service Manager- Responsible for the daily operations of 3 group homes including hiring/firing, training, payroll, scheduling, trouble shooting, assessments, staff and monthly meetings with staff to address the needs of clients being served.
