●Promoted to Operations manager for the custodial department within the Sales Organization
●Roles and responsibilities of the custodial department were to oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of grounds across the property of 4 sales buildings,
●Oversaw daily operations and supervised a diverse team of 10 employees
●Create, implement, and maintain budget levels for production and labor to ensure daily operations are maintained
●Conduct coaching, development, and disciplinary functions of employees and team
●Examine and observe daily work routines of staff to ensure the highest quality results are provided
