• Profit Enhancement:

Cut costs in major expense category by 25% through innovative programs and proper negotiations with outside vendor partners during operation shut-down in the hotel for maintenance.

• Production:

Oversaw operations and managed employees to work under pressure to produce needed linens for busy times in the hotel & the timely return of ready rooms in Housekeeping.
