LABP-LOS ANGELES BUSINESS PERSONNEL/HORNE CORPORATION LABP Horne was responsible for the Federal Government Allocation of Funds of over 800 million dollars to Los Angeles County and surrounding counties that were eligible for the rent relief program.

I was one of the top producers in the three roles listed below. Through my efforts, I was able to keep over 50,000 residents from being homeless by allocating over five million dollars in rent relief.

• As a Government Case Manager, I processed incoming tenants’ applications for rent relief as an individual family or with both the landlord and tenant applying together. In this role I was responsible for keeping residents and landlords financially solvent for tenants to avoid evictions and landlords to receive back pay for rent owed for up to 18 months. Through my efforts I kept thousands of tenants in their homes and landlords with the ability to receive their income.

• As a Document Specialist Manager, my responsibility was to ensure proper documentation was being uploaded avoiding fraudulent applications. Communicated to tenants and landlords to ensure proper documentation was uploaded to meet deadlines. I answered questions regarding proper documentation, such as leases, bank information, utility documentation, landlord proof of ownership and other important documents ensuring payments are received.

• As a Recertification Case Manager, my responsibilities were to oversee tenants and landlords who were previously paid through the program that were available for a second round of payments. Reviewed all pertinent documentation to ensure all requirements were met and to verify eligibility.
