• Liaison between warehouses and customer to clarify any shipping instructions or additional information needed to process the orders accurately and effectively.
• Process stock transfers; Process all sample for sales opportunities and tradeshows advising backorders, offering substitutions, sending tracking and delivery notifications, and ensuring that sample policy is followed (qty, set counts, multiple requests, etc.); Maintain the Texas Sample Warehouse inventory by means quarterly physical counts
