I was a shank boner,drop inside and outside skirts and brisket droper and rose meat maker on the fab floor i work on the fab floor from 3-14 to 8-22 of 2012 had to make sure was marking the meat right and make sure we were getting white bones befor it went to the bone belt

I work on the side puller, low backer and mid back vac and work in the mud room clean cattle I had the remove the hide of the sides of the cattle

I work on fab side right now dropping inside and outside skirts and also do many other jobs like shank boner and dropping briskets and recondition product on the fab floor. I have been on fab side for 6 mo and then I was on kill side for 4 mo where I work on the side puller,mid back vac,mud room and low backer as well on kill side. I had to pull the hides off and and run steam over the cattle to try to eliminate e-colie from reaching the fab floor
