Roles Performed : QA Tester

Duration : 2019 May - May 2021

Project Description: This project aimed to redesign the ralphlauren.com site, not only to build the brand but also to boost sales and create lasting customer relationships. The redesigned pages were already rolled out into UAT phase, and the outcome of testing results was quite impressive. Also, the redesigned responsive experience is pushed to POS (point of sale) systems in each release.

Responsibilities: -

Worked to resolve issues during critical phase of project, guiding junior testers, allocating the work accordingly.

Involved in the weekly status meeting and took inputs from onshore folks.

Created Orders in the front end and done end to end testing of the orders from placement till shipping.

Testing using the IBM Sterling B2B Integrator application.

Performed Source to Target Validations once ETL load is completed.

Enhanced the underlying Test scripts for reusability based on the kind of Interfaces.

Tested the Orders by using the Gift Cards, Credit card and verify the rewards are being populating accordingly for the placed orders.

Beginning 2018 Ralph Lauren will no longer be able to deduct DTC return in-store from reportable sales for Landlords. This initiative will allow for rent payments to be

based on various sales data, depending on Landlord.

Responsibilities: -

Extensively worked on PeopleSoft application to validate the DTC (DIRECT TO CONSUMER) Sale data.

Configured the PeopleSoft Finance application with a new return in store code.

Validated tables in Datawarehouse environment and PeopleSoft Staging environments to load the data coming from RMS & OMS applications.

Written queries to fetch the data loaded into EDW.

POS Transactions has been placed for different countries.

Co-Star application data has been validated with different business units accounts and DTC return in store transactions.

Developed Load/Stress scenarios for performance testing using the LoadRunner controller.

Usage of Honeywell Device and MC-40 device to pull the orders like Ship from Store Transactions.

Validated the new Reserve in Store & Reserve in Store-Upsell functionality.
