Managed a mixed environment of over 5,000 mobile devices (android, Microsoft, and iOS) in an enterprise store environment; including application piloting, deployment, and support.
Wrote and maintained up to date compliance on Microsoft Windows Updates in our store environments. This included windows server, and client upgrades.
Designed and implemented new organizational structures based on AAD groups and policies; to isolate devices to segregated deployment groups.This led to an astonishing success rate (99.1%) of deployment to devices in the enterprise that had not been met before.
Designed and implemented a fresher On-boarding process for company owned dedicated devices; this solution cut the time required for staging and first time setup of the devices by 25% resulting in massive cost savings; and estimate of $1,000.00 daily.
