I work at Decant. Decant is part of inbound. You pull a box off a conveyor that comes from the inbound dock, scan the box, scan a tote, then open and transfer the products from the box to the tote(s) and send the tote on another conveyor to stowers. It's basically so stowers don't have to stow out of boxes all day long. And sometimes I unload and load trailers, build pallets, pull pallets and put them on a station and I was responsible of everything so our area inbound doesn’t look messy and unorganized.
