PROJECTS

Structural and Site Plan Design Project, Team Leader: Given a site, the team designed a facility according to given criteria that was specified by the client. The team considered feasibility, structure, and design. AutoCAD and Revit were used. Design was then presented to compete against other teams’ designs for the bid to build. (Fall Semester, 2019) Bluebeam Project : Given a site,I was responsible for performing takeoffs using Bluebeam software to estimate the quantities of materials needed for the project. My tasks included measuring the length, width, and height of walls, doors, windows, and other construction elements, and inputting the data into the Bluebeam software to calculate the required materials..

EXPERIENCE

NYCDOT Traffic Operations, College Aide: Responsible for assisting in the design of Accessible Pedestrian Signal (APS) installation under the direct supervision of the director for the Signal Design Unit. Responsible also for assisting in reviewing signal timing phasing diagrams and traffic signal drawings using AutoCAD. Responsible for completing street lighting calculations using visual lighting software. Attended field meetings with contractors to discuss projects. (June 13th 2021 - Present)
