Manual immunoassay kit tests are performed for fecal lactoferrin, mono, rotavirus, and qualitative hCG.

Blood Bank

Performs automated ABORh, antibody screens, and AHG crossmatches using the Ortho Vision. Manual testing performed includes ABORh, antibody screens and identifications, antigen testing, DAT, crossmatches, cold antibody ID using pre-warming technique, and sickle cell screening.

The primary role of this position was to collect, process, and report the results for officers entering into the U.S. Air Force. ABO-Rh typing was performed using the Immucor Galileo Echo analyzer.
