Oversight of geotechnical/investigation drilling activities including investigative derived waste (IDW) management, HM surveys-sampling for demolition/repair, site safety & health officer (SSHO), oversee contract naval security/access, development of SOPs for DoD procedures for MILCON and other Navy Programs. Lead contract environmental compliance and operations team at NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC) and oversee contract to government interface, and planning and developing of sustainable processes and training.
