Senior Program Manager

Head eight Microsoft 365 Cloud Service programs and incubation of over 20 pilot initiatives, as well as $10M operating budget. Lead virtual project teams composed of as many as 50 employees, along with 25 contract vendors, driving delivery improvements in Microsoft 365 cloud services. Introduced Agile methodologies and practices among cross-functional project teams of Engineers, Business Analysts, and Testers. Coordinated with Stakeholders to understand each project’s business requirements and develop technology solutions. Regularly conduct status meetings, assess risk, and resolve issues to ensure on-time (schedule management), within-budget (forecast and estimates at completion), high-quality deliveries.
