Im in the staffing pool where I travel to other locations and work in the care centers caring for pts who are end of life, respite and/or pts just needing pain management as well as work in the field. I work under the license of a Registered Nurse. I provide assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, transfers, operating hoyer lifts, vitals, incontinent care, catheter care, peri care, charting/documentation and bringing as much comfort to pts and families during the final days.

I also work after hours on the HART team answering phones, taking messages, doing call backs, sending and responding to emails, and putting in orders for medical supplies and home equipment for pts homes for all of the Jacksonville & Orange Park home teams, seeing to it we accommodate their needs.
