Identify Production BOM issue’s causing gains and losses to the Inventory ABS and resolve these issues through detailed audits, including Model and category comparisons, Field stick-build every Home model/Options, BOM Accuracy reviews (BAR). and field Cost department problem and implement solutions through AS400.

Full understanding of BOM part numbers and the clean up and removal of obsolete or incorrect part number violations that will affect the BOM’s.

Also following through to make sure that the design intent was preformed by the General Contractor and sub-contractors.. This was a 250,000 class 100 cleanroom that was bought by dpiX and converted to their new tool set. Also assisted in every employees responsibility of continued safety for the entire project – zero accidents.

Worth, Tx: (FAB-16): Responsibilities included Senior Mechanical Design Lead and Fab Coordinator for design of two Class 1, 200,000 square foot cleanroom facilities, plus support areas. Other responsibilities include Construction Management for the Ft. Worth FAB-16 Ground-up construction.

INTEL Corporation, Leixlip Co., Ireland: (Three trips 18 months) Design/build project included buildout and retrofit of one million square feet of Class 1 cleanroom, including support and office space. The project required expansion of site utilities as well as design and coordination of utilities supporting the fab space. Responsibilities include mechanical design and coordination of AUTOCAD drawings with other disciplines.

SGS Thompson, Carrollton, Tx: retrofit design project of 1,200 square feet of Class 100 space in existing operating cleanroom. The project required extension of existing site utilities and installation of 20 recirculation air units to meet laminar air flow and humidity requirements. Responsibilities included mechanical design and coordination of design, construction documents for all disciplines and construction management.

SGS Thompson, Marsielle, France - Retrofit design project of 25,600 square feet of Class 1 space in existing operating cleanroom. The project required 48 recirculation air units to meet laminar air flow and humidity requirements. Responsibilities included mechanical design and coordination of design all MEP construction documents and construction management.

VLSI Technology Inc., San Antonio, Tx: design-build project to include buildout of 30,000 square feet of Class 1 space in existing structure, including support and office space. The project required expansion of the central utilities building, as well as all utilities to support the fab space. Responsibilities included mechanical design and coordination of construction documents with other disciplines and Construction Management.

Sony Corporation, San Antonio, Tx: responsibilities included design and producing AUTOCAD drawings for mechanical HVAC systems.
