Test Technician – SLB, Inc. (1 year) (Contract) February 2022 – February 2023

Responsible for assisting the lead test technicians for testing and troubleshooting the Wire Line Tractor intervention, Conveyance, Coring and Evaluation family product lines (TiCCE). Job required the use of proprietary operating software known as ‘Maxwell’ and was mostly Mechanical - Hydraulic production, troubleshooting and analysis within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Worked directly with senior engineers locally and at repair facilities out of state (Lafayette, La) on LWD Nuclear tool issues. Under direct supervision worked on Legacy LWD tools to analyze Electronic, PCB and Mechanical failures. Setup test fixtures/jigs to test and analyze data for new engineering board production.

Electronics Technician – Smith Company August 2008 - November 2010

Component level troubleshooting, analysis and testing within a fast paced manufacturing production environment within the PCB shop for new-build production tools. Precision heat-cycle testing (150c to 175c) for fault failure analysis while focused on component level troubleshooting within the PCB shop for new-build production tools. Tested, analyzed, troubleshot and resolved many different types of LWD pcb issues mostly component level. Implemented pcb ECN's, NCR's and updated pcb's status through company's data base. Submitted documentation recommendations and changes to the Manufacturing Engineer whenever process changes occurred.

Experienced with in-depth component level troubleshooting, fault failure analysis and testing of down-whole PCBA's and complex subsystems within a fast paced manufacturing production environment.
